Body Reports

The students have finished their research on their particular part of the body.  A few groups have even completed their paragraph or paragraphs about their topic.  Next, they will use their paragraph(s) and create a webpage.  They will share their webpage with their classmates and families. Here is a paragraph that one group has finished.

Did you know that your brain is in charge of everything in your body?  Even when you’re sleeping.  It belongs to your nervous system.  The brain controls smelling, sleeping, hearing, tasting, and touching.  Each part of your brain has a job to do.  Your  brain weighs 2 pounds in elementary school and 3 pounds as an adult.  It is made up mostly of water.  Your brain does a fantastic job to keep your body healthy!
