What We Learned

Here are some short paragraphs and facts students learned while reading today.

Bones
Bones have to stay healthy to remain strong. Bones need exercise to keep them in good order. Eating well balanced diets will help bone marrow to produce good bloods cells.  Some foods you should eat are peas, pinto beans, fruits ,and juice. Keeping your bones healthy is important, so you can run, move, jump, sit, stand, and write.

We take care of our body by eating healthy foods, exercising, getting enough sleep, and getting enough energy. We also need to drink lots of water, eat protein, dairy products, fruit, vegetables, and drink a protein shake.  Avoid stress and unsafe situations.

We learned that the Achilles tendon got its name from a warrior in a Greek myth and that the warriors only weakness was his heel.
